Harveys of Sussex
Another popular pint at the bar is Harveys Sussex Best Bitter, it's flagship beer. Harveys of Sussex is the oldest independent brewery in Sussex and is still in the Harvey family after eight generations. With centuries of expertise they use Sussex, Kent and Surrey hops to create their range of beers.

Goachers

Kent's oldest microbrewery dating back to 1983 we often host their Maidstone Light Ale, something recomended to us by our own microbrewer who sadly closed the doors on his own beers early this year! So far, its doing the job and keeping the locals happy!

Guest Ales
We welcome many guest ales throughout the year, many from local micro breweries and others from further afield.

Wine
Our purveyor of fine wines, Ellis of Richmond, a family company founded in 1822, strive to keep their portfolio fresh and up to date and this is reflected in the wine we serve, whether the occation suits white, red, rose or sparkling! We are graciously invited each year to join Ellis Wines at thier tasting event at The Royal Opera House where we get to meet winieries from all across the globe and update our wine Menu accordingly, having made some wonderful additions such as our Gruner Veltner & Sensas Pinot Nior most recently! Our staff are always happy to make any recomendations and find what will suit you best!

Chapel Down

Chapel Down, England's leading wine producer, is situtated a short distance away from us in the picturesess town of Tenterden where they have been taking the country by storm with their impressive range of wines & sparkles, even sponsering the Royal Ascott as well as the England & Wales Cricket board.
