Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Newenden, although a small village, has so much to offer visitors.  Explore the local area with ease on a guided Ebike tour with our neighbours at Rother Rides.  Or, a short stroll along the cricket field and across the beautiful historic bridge, will find you at the Bodiam Boating Station where you can hire a rowing boat or kayak or take a pleasure cruise along the River Rother.  Again, within walking distance of the pub is the wonderful Kent & East Sussex Railway where you can step back in time and board a steam train to Bodiam Castle or Tenterden or both!  So many things to do and places to explore, why not book a stay and experience all that this beautiful place has to offer!
